Important Notice due to COVID-19 Outbreak

Dear Valued Patients,

We hope that this message finds you and your family in good health as the COVID-19 pandemic continues to impact the world. The health and safety of our team, patients, and community remains our highest priority.

The CDC has recommended postponing all routine eye care. Therefore, we made the necessary decision to close our office on March 20th. At this time we do not have a concrete reopening date, but will keep you informed as we continue to monitor the situation. If you have an upcoming appointment, we will be contacting you to reschedule for a later date.

*If you are having an eye emergency, please text Dr. McGuire at 262-751-1184 with your name and a brief description of your issue. She will then be able to access your record and return your call. It will then be determined if an in-office visit is necessary or if a telemedicine visit is possible. Please don’t hesitate to contact us if you are experiencing: flashes, new floaters, sudden decrease in vision, possible infection, eye pain, light sensitivity, trauma, foreign body in the eye, lid swelling, or double vision.

If you have contact lenses or glasses to pick up or have non-urgent questions – we will be available in the office during the following times (however, please call first in case circumstances change). Our doors will be locked. Please call when you arrive and we will meet you at the door for curbside pick-up.

  • Tuesdays: 9:00 – 11:00 am
  • Thursdays: 3:00 – 5:00 pm

If you need to order contact lenses, please call us at 262-567-6565 or email us at Your lenses will be shipped directly to you. We will be able to extend expired contact lens prescriptions in most cases.

If your glasses are broken or lost, please call or email us. We should be able to order you a replacement pair.

If you need a medication refill, please have your pharmacy contact us.

We will be monitoring our voicemail daily, so if you have a non-urgent question, please leave us a message at 262-567-6565.

We deeply apologize for any inconvenience and thank you in advance for your patience during this time. Stay Safe!
